Fried herring again. Never have I eaten so much herring in a year.
Herring, mashed potatoes, red cabbage, mustard sauce, onion, and a half slice of lemon.
Some additional tasty sounding dishes I found in the same cookbook:
- Crawfish risotto
- Grilled lemon- and garlic shrimp on skewers
- Spaghetti vongole
- Farfalle with shrimp and artichoke (will probably replace the artichoke)
- Grilled squid with buttersauce and parsley
